They also challenge and push teamwork and communitcation skills. Most teams that fail won’t fail because the puzzles are too hard, but because their team communication is lacking.

Sometimes a manager needs to be in with the team to help them develop their communication skills, and sometimes a manager needs to step away and let the team figure things out without them. Whether you want to be in the room as an active participant or if you want to just review the footage, you can use this experience as a teaching tool to help your team improve, and as a fun experience to help the team feel connected with each other.
